Your information

When you submit a form on this website, we collect the contact details you provide (name, phone, email, and your message) solely to respond to your inquiry and provide mortgage advisory services. We never sell or rent your personal information.

How it is used

Your details are sent securely to a client-management system operated for MJ Mortgage by ASAL (app.asalsold.com), hosted in a data centre outside Canada, where they are stored for follow-up; if that system is unavailable they are emailed to us instead. Only Marjan Alaeddini and the people who support her practice can see them. If you proceed with a mortgage application, further information is collected under the brokerage’s compliance and privacy obligations and shared only with lenders and parties necessary to arrange your financing, with your consent.

By submitting a form you consent to being contacted by phone, email, or text about your inquiry (per CASL, you may withdraw consent at any time). To access, correct, or delete your information, contact Info@mjmortgage.ca or call 416-857-1466.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are viewed, which language, which calculators are opened, and which contact methods are clicked. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose “Accept” in the notice at the bottom of the page; choosing “Decline” keeps them off, and you can change your answer later by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals are all switched off, so this data is not used to build an advertising profile of you. We do not send Google Analytics anything you type: not your name, email, phone number or message, and not any figure you enter into a calculator — your income, purchase price and down payment are calculated in your browser and are never transmitted to us or to Google. How long Google keeps this data is governed by the data-retention setting on our Google Analytics property; to ask what it is currently set to, or to request that your information be deleted, contact Info@mjmortgage.ca. You can block analytics entirely using your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
